Our values shape the way we relate to one another and the expectations we hold as a community. They guide everyday interactions, helping pupils to understand both their place within the school and their responsibility to others, reflecting how we treat others, how we see ourselves, how we contribute, and how we continue to grow. These values are seen in the small, consistent actions that define daily life at Riversdale, how pupils listen, collaborate, take responsibility and respond to challenge.
In June 2026, we will be working with pupils and staff to launch a refined set of values, building on these strong foundations to further strengthen a shared and clearly understood ethos across the school.
