This morning, the National School League Tables were released and we are celebrating the wonderful achievements and progress of our children. Our score as a school, this year, was above the local authority average and well above the national average. Additionally, our results reflect a three year upward trend, meaning that our results have improved each year.
We are doubly proud of these results as, unlike many other schools, we believe that education is not about tests and we do not teach to the test. We have a broad curriculum that ensures children are given real experiences and provides a good platform for future education. All secondary schools that our children go on to attend, state how well children at Riversdale are prepared for the next steps in education.
