The Great Teacher's Bake Off

Wow! What a fantastic effort from the teacher's for Riversdale's first ever Great Teacher's Bake Off. 

The staff pulled out all the stops and put their baking abilities to the test, baking 30 entries, including cupcakes, single tier and two-tier cakes to raise money for the school. There were some wonderful show stoppers, and a wide range to suit many different palates, and not a soggy bottom in sight.

Well done to all involved, but the winning staff members are as follows:

• 1st Place: Lorren and Emily, with their fantastic cupcakes and amazing two tiered Riversdale branded cake.
  
• Joint 2nd Place: The Early Years team & Hazel, with their yummy cupcakes and chocolate brownies.
  
• 3rd Place: Jason, for his delicious malted milk cupcakes. 
  

Looks like a few staff members will be practicing their baking skills in preparation for next year's competition.
